How long is the free trial? Do we need to provide Credit Card Details?
You can get 30-days free trial on the Starter Trail plan. No credit card required.
How do upgrades and prorated billing work?
If you upgrade your plan mid-month to access features like POS or advanced reporting, you are only charged the difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Downgrades will automatically take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Is my data isolated and secure?
Yes. Security is our top priority. All database records are heavily encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Your financial and customer data is strictly isolated on our cloud infrastructure, and our payment integrations are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
Can I import my existing products?
Yes. You can bulk-import products, clients, and suppliers via CSV. We also offer WooCommerce sync for online stores.
What payment gateways are supported in the Client Portal?
We natively integrate with major gateways including Offline Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Razorpay. This allows your customers to pay invoices via Credit/Debit Cards, ACH transfers, Apple Pay, and Google Pay securely within their portal.

Can I restrict staff access to sensitive financial data?
Absolutely. StaxMyBill features comprehensive Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). You can assign custom roles so a cashier can process sales on the POS without ever seeing your master profit margins, purchase orders, or bank sync data.
